Often on Fridays we eat pizza like a lot of people do. End of the week- simple meal. The difference is we don't get one delivered, I make it. Once I realized making a pizza was fairly simple and inexpensive compared to the shop bought variety it just became the thing we do. Actually my version should be called pizza pie because I tend to check out the fridge and then keep adding all the odds and ends I find there so this one had onion, green pepper, tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms, and anchovies. All topped off with a mound of cheese so it becomes rather top heavy but turns out delicious.
