If you
were driving along at any other time of the year and in front of you
was a car with a bloody hand or foot hanging out the back, you might
panic, get out your cell phone and quickly dial 911. You would try
and get the car license and then get out of the way as a poice car
might start trying to catch the offenders carand nobody wants to be in the middle of a car chase.
But
not in October.
Halloween
is here and all kinds of strange things can be seen if you keep your
eyes open.
