So Autumn finally got here and with it a very welcome change in the weather. After a very long hot and dry summer in our part of Texas, we woke up to a less humid day with the temperature only in the 6os and sun shining through the trees. The day was a perfect Autumn Day. The only thing missing were the colored leaves. They are still either brown ( dead) or dark shrivelled green. The best part is we had a good downpour of rain also a couple of days ago and that will freshen the leaves up and so the colors of Autumn will soon be coming.
